I have extensive commercial, regulatory and corporate experience from private practice, in-house and commercial roles in New Zealand, Asia and the UK. Through my career I’ve worked on and delivered complex commercial transactions including M&A, joint venture and project developments with a focus on energy and infrastructure. I’ve also spent several years in senior business roles – this hands-on commercial experience enables me to give pragmatic, business-focussed advice.
At Juno, I’ve had the opportunity to support Steel & Tube Holdings as acting General Counsel, the legal team at Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency and currently Gas Industry Company (the gas market regulator) on stakeholder consultations. I’ve also provided consulting services to private sector legal teams on optimising legal team performance.
